On the Supplier screen nothing shows in the Active tab nor the Inactive tab - see screenshots. Is this normal??

Looks like everything's good on our side.
Your screenshot shows no filters are on either. Can you tell me the last time it actually worked for you? Also, have you tried using a different browser?

We did some more testing, and we can replicate it on a few of our test books too. We're going to have the dev team look into it.
In the meantime, can you try to log out and log back in to see if it makes a difference?

Hi Karren,
I logged out and in again and now it is working. Reckon One really does have some quirky behaviour at times.
It is not a function I have used before.
I did try it a few times over about 30 minutes and also checked Customer screen but it displayed all tabs as expected.
I had 2 emails from dev team requesting book access but they expired before I saw them. Guessing they will not need access now.
