Reinstate Terminated Employee

Question

I'm trying to rehire a previously terminated employee and in the past, I had the option to rehire and edit the selected employee and have done this before. This option is no longer in the menu and "new employee" will only open a new card. I'm using Reckon Hosted.

@Zappy Not if the employee is re-hired in the same FY they were terminated though, unfortunately.

Editing the Hire & Termination Dates will replace those original dates in STP so the Terminated status (& therefore any related ETP) is no longer reflected if that all occurs in the same FY 😩

Unfortunately, the “Re-Hire”option has been removed 😞

If the employee was terminated in a previous FY, you can just remove the termination (“Release”) Date & update their existing info accordingly.

I enter their previous termination date - & any other relevant info - in the Employee Notes 😁
