Reckon Accounts licence is valid until xx/xx/xxxx How to renew and cost

Hi,

I use 'Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016' and it is due to expire 17/8/2026. What happens when it expires? I have not updated the software in ages and it works perfect for what I need. Don't download share, etc. Can only find stuff for business on the website.

Can I still use the product after 17/8/2016?

If not how do I renew and what is the cost?

Is there any cheaper option? The last time I brought it cost $255 and that covered for 10 years. $220 for 1 year seems a bit high.

Can I just clarify, you've mentioned 17/08/2016 above, I assume you actually mean 2026 rather than 2016.

If that's the case, can I just confirm where you've received that date from?

Right ok thanks for that, to answer your question if there is no active licence on your software then the software will no longer be active/accessible as the Personal Range does not have a read-only mode.

However with that said, I believe that message is referencing the next time you need to refresh the licence for your software version. In most cases this can be actioned online directly from the software by clicking the Renew button from your screenshot or giving our Customer Service team a call.
