Share code lookup

I have added a new stock, ASX code ARMR, but when I try to do a lookup it says there is no such code. I have Reckon Personal V31

    You already know the ticket code, why are you looking it up?

    Just plug it in then run a price update

    Hi @Deemah

    As Eric has mentioned, skip the lookup step and add in the ticker code for the share you're trying to add. I've tested it out this morning and used the below setup and run a price update and it has worked successfully. See example below.

    yes, resolved thank you, still don't know why the code lookup didn't work though
