Salary Sacrifice Reporting needs to be fixed so that we don't have to do work arounds to make it balance to the EOFY numbers.

    Can you provide some specific details on what issue you're currently experiencing with salary sacrifice so we have a better idea of what's happening to assist.

    What is the actual issue and what workarounds are you employing at the moment specifically?

    Hi Rav

    When i run the Super report by employees and I pick the RESC column. It gives me extra amounts that are not in the pay slip as apart of the salary sacrifice.

    I tried adding an extra salary sacrifice at 0.00 which has worked before but since July it doesn't work

    @Grushenka This is part of a known glitch where the RESC v employer compulsory contributions connections get corrupted.

    If you unlock the applicable Paycheques & delete then re-add the line, that should correct it 😊
