Reckon Accounts Hosted login issue (20 October)

Hi everyone
We've received reports from some Reckon Accounts Hosted users of issue with logging in and accessing Hosted.
Initial observations show that users are being directed to a page like the below example.
We've flagged this with our team and are kicking off an investigation ASAP.
Sincerely apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.
I'll keep this thread updated with more information as soon as it's available.

Hi everyone,
This cause of this issue is stemming from a major upstream AWS outage that is impacting a number of services providers.
AWS are investigating and we expect this to be resolved shortly.

We've just tested out login to Reckon Accounts Hosted and it has been successful.
It looks as though AWS have stabilised this outage and access to the service should be returning.
We're continuing to monitor at this stage.

Reckon Accounts Hosted access is available and this issue should now be resolved.
