The Reckon Invoices App has received a brand new update which introduces the ability to add attachments to your invoices from the app! Check out how it works below.
Adding attachments to your invoices!
You'll find the new attachments feature under More Options when creating a new invoice. Simply tap on it and then select Add to add a new attachment to the invoice.
You can attach document files such as PDF, .DOCX, .XLSX etc along with popular image file types such as JPG, PNG etc directly from your mobile or tablet device.
Share attachments with your customer in your invoice email
You can choose whether to share any attachments you've added to your invoice with your customer when sending the invoice to them via email.
Simply toggle on the Share with Customer option on the respective attachment and it will be sent alongside your invoice in the email.
