Audit Trail for R1 similar to Reckon Accounts

One feature of Reckon Accounts that is very much needed in Reckon One for long time users and bookkeepers/accountants to move over to the new platform - is an audit trail similar to that which we are used to please! This trail needs to show (like it does now)…

  • Original details of any transaction
  • All changes to any transaction over any dates that these changes were made, preferably with changes highlighted in some way to make it easier to pick out the differences between each version of a transaction.
  • Ability to search by transaction type, by date of transaction, by date of modification etc just like Reckon Accounts
  • Ability to show on transaction reports the last date modified and the username for transactions just like Reckon Accounts

    I'm heading off on Christmas leave next month and it would have been really handy to be able to track any changes that my stand-in does while I'm away, particularly as they're not in the software daily like I am.
