A much requested feature has just been released; the ability to print payslips for multiple employees from a pay run in one go! 🎉

✨ Printing payslips for multiple employees from pay run

You can now select one, multiple, or all payslips within a pay run and generate them into a single PDF for quick and easy viewing and printing! This will significantly reduce the time and effort required when reviewing, printing, or distributing payslips, particularly for users managing larger payrolls.

Simply click the option to View Payslips in the pay run ➡️ select your desired employees, by default all employees included in the payrun will be selected ➡️ Click View Payslips

A single PDF will generate which includes payslips for all selected employees which you can then print to your local printer if required.

✨ Improvements to the Transaction Line Items Report

We've made some much requested improvements to the Transaction Line Items Report including;

  • Grouping options added; Account name, Type (transaction type), Project, Contact (e.g. customers & suppliers), Tax code, Classification. The current default None grouping option also continues to be supported.
    • Filtering also added to each group (e.g. if you only want to see line items relating to a particular Classification)
    • Sub totals and totals to display when grouping is enabled

    Really love the payslip update. Already know how much time it's going to save printing them all off each fortnight
