Frozen when sending remittance advices in RAH
I have selected remittance advices to email, which I do on a regular basis.
It has sent a couple and now frozen.
I can't get out of it.
any suggestions?

no.
I had to shut down pc and log out remotely twice. I was then able to get it running again

Glad to hear you got it running again.
When the sending process froze and you had to shut down the PC and log out a session for the Hosted platform:
- did any of the 5 (out of the 30) remittance advices actually get sent?
- when you got it running again did it say there were (X out of 30) or (X out of 25) sent in the Task Progress dialog window

yes the 5 were sent.
no when i logged back in, it was showing 30 to be sent

Does that mean that when you once again went through the process of sending out the remittance advices and it worked, that those five previously sent were sent again?

yes that is correct.

Hopefully you do not encounter that situation again.
If you do, then consider unselecting those that had been sent earlier if possible.
Please ensure that you backup regularly with the complete verification option enabled in the backup Options.

Alternatively, you can perform a manual file verification.

And if prompted to do so, a rebuild operation.
