My client is a mechanic shop providing service & repair work, including clients claiming through insurance companies. The insurance companies' claim process includes the following:
1 - Created Vehicle owner account, including vehicle details;
2 - R&R quote to their insurance company, often a subsidiary company, eg GIO (which is subsidiary to AAI Australia), for their approval;
3 - When work is completed, the invoice MUST be sent to the parent company, eg AAI Limited, this printed invoice is to include:
- owner name - maybe via "shipped to" ?
- Vehicle details;
- Policy#
- Claim#
- Vehicle Rego;
- Vehicle details;
These details, I think, can be added through Custom fields
If third party invoicing is not possible, can you suggest a work around?
