Unable to open company files after installing Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31
Upgraded from Accounts Personal Plus 2022 to Accounts Personal Plus V31. When attempting to open a company file receives error message.

We're you using Home & Business 2022 rather than personal plus?
From the looks of that message, it sounds like you've downgraded to personal plus whereas your file was used on the higher version previously?
