Reckon Hosted Annual Charges

Is anybody aware of why Reckon have significantly increased the charges for Hosted?

In my case (I am a Professional Partner) the 2026 annual charge is increasing by 37% over the previous year.

This seems an extraordinary increase to me!

    Hey Bruce,

Good to see you back on the Community 🙂

I think there might be a mix up somewhere along the line here as a 37% increase sounds unusual so I'd like to understand where that has come from. Can you let me know where you've seen a price rise of 37% for your 2026 annual subscription to Reckon Accounts Hosted?

Actually - I think I might have narrowed this down, I could be wrong but I believe you might be comparing the cost of your PP membership with the cost of purchasing an annual subscription for Reckon Accounts Hosted.

In your case, Hosted is included in your membership as a Professional Partner ie. you're not purchasing Hosted separately eg. for a client for example.

Please correct me I'm wrong or misunderstanding.

I have my 2025 invoice (inv no 536249) with a fee of $599.

On 17 November I received a circular email from Reckon with the attached file showing a fee for hosted.

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts

Your second post overlapped with my previous reply.

On reviewing my 2025 invoice it is for my Prof Partner Renewal Fee so your thoughts make sense to me. Glad to hear that my initial concern appears misguided.

No problem at all, glad we got to the bottom of it at the very least.

Sing out if you have any questions
