Open Banking Bank Feed issues
Connected bank accounts to the Reckon one should do automatic bank feed everyday and we should see all todays's data feed into the next morning as per open banking guideline. Or max to max the morning after next day morning. However, from my experience it never happens. also, every now and than, for some reason it misses few days transactions. and I have to contact the support team and log in the support ticket and they email back and forth for screenshots and all and than they bring it in manually or by fixing the system. Don't know why it is happening. but its just a big time waster. Reckon should first fix what they already have and make sure it works at its optimum level before focusing on new ideas.
Reckon Please fix the Open Banking Bank Feed. So it feed all the data without missing any transactions and we won't have to waste our time or your time, too both cost to both parties.

Which bank are you connected to for your feed? I've had open banking setup for a couple of clients for a few months now and it works ok.
Might want to provide some actual specific info for Reckon to look into on whether it's their issue or the open banking service

Bank Connected is NAB. Please help to provide as much as you know or how to fix this. Or how actually it works. Is it a issue of NAB or Reckon or Open Banking ? Sometime it does not show anything for a week and sometime it brings all in at once. Sometime it misses few.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your Open Banking feed. As @Eric Murphy has mentioned above, can you give us a clear example of an occasion of this occurring including dates and financial institution ie. what is a specific date that you had transactions but did not come through via your Open Banking feed.
You've mentioned you've had a chat with our support team, can I grab a case number as it'll give us some further context.

I've been speaking with our BankData team about this to get a better understanding of any wider issues at play here and I'll break down the latest info -
Yes, it looks as though the ACSISS who we connect with for Open Banking services have been somewhat problematic recently with some feeds failing which require us to manually pull them through when required which ultimately leads to delays.
From our end we've made some adjustments including an update that was released earlier this morning which hopefully ensures the service will operate more smoothly going forward.
At this stage, I'd recommend giving the service another go over the next few days. If you’re still experiencing delays or failed feeds after that, please let us know and we’ll investigate further.

I'm having the same problem. The feed just isn't updating under the Banking Transactions tab (ANZ bank) BUT if I click on the FastCoding tab, all the transactions are there… so, looks like the software isn't writing correctly. Have you a fix?

My transactions have not come through on January 8th and January 12th. I'm with ANZ Bank. It was going better for a while there, but gone back to not coming through. There were a couple of days in early January which came through twice and thrice.

there is a one more bigger problem than this.
When we have a problem like this, we raise a ticket and contact a support team. Then support team start emailing for screenshot of rackon and Acciss. I don’t understand, when they have been already given the access to reckon with all the details they need, why they ask for a screenshot from reckon. ACCISS screenshot is okay to ask for. And once we do all this they ask for screenshot with highlighted transaction. And then they ask for closing the case without solving it.
If this is Reckon problem than it should be solved right away without wasting anyone time with whatever information they get from customer without loosing the customer.The support team continuously waste time one after one. We should be using this app and all on the go like Quickbook. QB has the Best app to use all on the go. Please learn from them and invest your time and money in that.
Also, Tech Support team really has to take their game up. It is absolute disaster. People there don’t even understand the clear communication we make to them.

yes, they are very keen to close the case. However, they did say I could re-open (which I have) by responding to the old email. I only joined in late November and the bank feed has been inconsistent. It did get better in late December/ early January but there appears to be problems again. I don't think the case should be closed until it works consistently for a month.

To be fair, that sounds like general troubleshooting which is fair enough.
It sounds like you just ignored their email which is why they're closing the case.
My feed has been a little spotty too but from what I understand it's an acsiss issue between the banks, Reckon is just at the end of the chain.

I've discovered my issue was not understanding the user interface. In the top right corner it displays the upload source. Since I had recently changed over to a bank feed I had two options: Bank Feed; or Latest manual upload. Mine was highlighting the manual feed so I wasn't seeing the bank feed. Clicking on the bank feed row allowed me to view the bank feed. See attached.
Hopefully I wasn't the only one getting lost here and this post will help others.
