Hello, I have entered the superannuation details into the employee profile, name, number and USI but the payslip is not showing the 'Super Fund Name' - and I can't work out why?

Is this occurring on all employee's payslips? Has the superfund name appeared on payslips correctly before?
Maybe check if you've got it ticked for printing in the payslip template

Yes it's on all the pay slips and it's a brand new reckon company so I've just set it up and yes, I have it ticked for printing.

If you have already checked the pay slip template and confirmed that the Super Fund Name is ticked, please check the super pay item applied to the employee card. The Pay item can be accessed by going into Lists and Payroll item list. Agency name entered when creating the super item is typically the name that appears in that section of the pay slip.

Your screenshot doesn't show the "Super Fund Name" label. In that Additional Customisation section, you need to go to the Footer tab & tick the Print checkbox for it there:
