Changed billing from Google to Reckon and cannot access book

I am being charged $16 from RECKON LTD and $15.99 from Google Reckon. It has always been Google Reckon, I only want it for the STP to ATO. I've deleted the RECKON LTD subscription and now my account has lapsed. I don't need it to do anything else, other than report the wages to ATO. So should I had deleted the Google, which I have always been subscribed to?

I believe this should now be sorted for you. When you have a chance can you please try to open your book again and let me know if it launches correctly for you?

So I deleted the Google payment, reactivated the Reckon One Book and the subscription has carried on being renewed next month. But my current book requires a module, which at first glance, creates a new subscription payable immediately. How do I get around this?

I can see there are two separate Reckon One books registered under your email address; one active and the other cancelled.

The cancelled book looks to be an older one that did not have payroll in it.

The other currently active book doesn't seem to have a plan on it at the moment. How did you reactivate this book and what are you being prompted for when you login?

If you can add any relevant screenshots that would help to get an understanding of where things are at and what the next step is.

I deleted the Reckon subscription through cancelling the Reckon One Book subscription, because we have always been charged by Reckon through the Google subscription.

I had realised I had deleted the wrong subscription when I logged into Reckon One App to do corrections; Message came up subscription cancelled. I logged into the account again and

reactivated the Reckon One Book by clicking on the purple reactivate button, (attached) then
clicked on the 3 dots (settings) to the top right of Air Connexion
Chose Customise your ReckonOne Modules
clicked on Payroll "Add"
Selected Payroll Essentials
Payment due now, we have already paid twice this month don't want to pay a 3rd time, so I have not continued.

Clicked on open book in purple as per the picture attached and filled in the Welcome to your new book, and there is an error 'cannot be blank'

Now when I log into the APP (attached) it advises 'You don't have access to a book' and has a +Create a new book in a blue button.

I think we need to take a closer look at what's happening there as I haven't seen that before.
