A new update for Reckon One has just landed which includes a brand new dashboard widget, improvements to the date field in invoices and a bunch of bug fixes. Check out the inclusions of today's update below.
✨ Beam Widget for your dashboard
A brand new widget for your Beam lodgements is now available for your dashboard!
The new Beam widget will display the last 3 SuperStream lodgements with dates, batch descriptions, colour-coded statuses and direct links to your lodgements.
This allows you to have the latest info on lodgements at a glance and will be particularly helpful with the upcoming Payday Super to give you faster visibility of lodgement statuses, earlier detection of failed, cancelled or refunded batches along with helping you adapt to making immediate super lodgements part of your regular payroll workflow.
✨ Invoice date field now supports 2 digits when inputting year
We've made a small but meaningful change based on your feedback, you can now simply enter 2 digits for the year when entering an invoice date eg. 26 for 2026, 27 for 2027 etc.
Previously you were required to add the full 4 digits for the year when entering a date however with this release the date field now supports entering 2 digits and Reckon One will automatically convert this for you.
