Total A/R Ageing Summary not equaling Total A/R in Balance Sheet

My Balance sheet is not matching the Ageing summary report, the difference between them is the foreign exchange gains and losses, The ageing is recording the FX in a payment I received, how do I fix this. Something has changed because I had kept snippets of the ageing and it use to match but not its not and its a variance thats carrying forward every month?. Is anyone experiencing this type of issue, and how were you able to fix this so the Balance sheet and Ageing matched ?

Hi,

Does anyone have this issue, my GL balance is not matching my ageing balance when it use to before, and the difference is an Fx from a payment from years ago, I had to reapply it as it was applied to the wrong invoices for that customer so those were the only changes however the ageing has increased by the exchange gains and losses on those payments exactly. I need I don't know how to fix this without causing the GL to shift.

Please desperately in need of assistance.
