I am able to copy and paste within Reckon, but I am unable to copy text from external sources (e.g., PDF files) into Reckon POs.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Did you receive a pop-up asking for permission to access the clipboard when you first opened Reckon Hosted?
If you selected no, it will prevent copying and pasting from external sources.
Could you please check the site settings and ensure that clipboard access is enabled?
