Need to amend Staff Super fund details but error says they are in a Draft payrun

The error says "Superannuation details can't be updated for an employee in a draft pay run. To update, remove the employee from draft pay run."

There is currently no Draft payrun, the STP has been finalised for previous payrun. there is no Draft Superstream payment.

The employee has the wrong super fund setup in their profile, need to add a new one but unable to make any changes. Have tried reverting the previous payrun to draft, then re-run, that has gone through ok. Error still says employee is in a draft payrun.

Not sure what else to do.

Is there a chance there might be a pay run sitting in draft status in a different financial year?

If you switch your pay run list to filter by status to show draft pay runs (example below), and then use the financial year filter to go through previous years, is there a pay run that is in draft from a previous year that this employee is included in?
