In Day to Day - Customer Statements, I did my end of month statements, and as I did, I noticed 3 or 4 negative balance ones. When I click on them, they open up into zero balance. Their names are also not customers, they are suppliers, so why are they getting mixed up in customers? And why list them with negative balances and they show zero balance statement with no entries on it?
I looked up one in my suppliers list and it shows as both cust. and suppl. Just because we got a refund from them, like a year or so ago, doesn't make them a customer surely.
I don't like this crossover at all. Not good accounting practice. Can you not tidy this up?
