Add security to new investment account

Running Reckon / Quicken Accounts Home and Business 2013. Have set up new investment account and transferred a security - Woodside - from another investment account (enter transactions / shares transferred between accounts) and then entered "Buy - Shares bought" - also Woodside - successfully to the new account. Now want to enter "Buy Shares bought" - Fortescue - to new investment account but the drop down menu will not allow access to Fortescue. Any assistance please
