Reckon Payroll says one employee is inactive

I am trying to send through my pay runs for the last two weeks. When I try to mark the 3 April as paid is comes up with an error code that states it cant be paid as one of my employees is inactive. This isn't correct as both employees are active and are the same ones I have had for over a year. Hope its just a glitch ? Note this is happening for both of my payroll accounts ( I have two employees in both businesses ( separate ABN's) and the same error code is coming up) Thanks for advice on rectifying this

Hi @Pertaringa,

The default fund was used in your last payrun before you made the update, so it can't be deleted. You just need to set this item back to active, and then you’ll be able to process your payrun again.

Have you recently made any changes to the payroll, such as editing certain items or setting them to inactive?

This type of error message typically occurs when an item that was part of a previous pay run has been deactivated or set to inactive. To resolve this, you'll need set the item to active again.

No I have only added their super funds details but otherwise nothing has been made inactive. It doesn't make sense especially as it is occurring in both accounts, it appears to be a glitch?
