Superannuation Member number not showing in reports or superstream batch

I have a business with two employees. The first employee was set up by the owner and didn't include the employees super member number. I ahve updated the employees super member number but can't get it to show in reports or in the superstream batch?

I have redone the payruns with the number included but it still dosen't show?

If the original pay runs were created before the Super member number was entered, simply cancelling the Super stream batch won’t refresh the data. To ensure the member number appears correctly, the pay runs need to be recreated after the member details have been added.

Please try the following steps:

Revert the pay run to Draft.
Remove the superannuation item from the affected employee within that pay run and save the changes.
Reopen the pay run and add the superannuation item again for the employee.
Mark the pay run as Paid.
Create a new Superstream batch.

These steps should allow the updated super member number to flow through correctly. Please let me know the outcome once you’ve completed these steps, and I’ll be happy to assist further if needed.

Could I please confirm which super report you are referring to? And also, were the original pay runs created before the super member number was added?

Report is super contributions by employee and yes the original payruns were created prior to memebr number been addded

Thank you for confirming that. For further clarification, could you please let me know which Superstream batch you are referring to? Are you reviewing the View Batch Summary on the top right corner of the superstream, or are you looking at a submitted Superstream batch? This will help us better understand exactly where the super member number is not appearing.

I looked at a submitted batch and it wasn't there. I cancelled the batch and redid the payruns then looked at the view batch summary and it still wasn't there.
