I have registered with First Choice Payday clearing house.
Just want to check, has an email gone out yet for members to starting setting it all up, with their staff super records?

If you previously registered your interest for the Colonial First State clearing house option, then yes an email has been sent with a link to signing up. Once you've done that, you'll receive a welcome kit from CFS along with instructions on setting up your clearing house account.

FirstChoice Employer Super Clearing House for Reckon Accounts Hosted users is now available!
Colonial First State: We originally registered our interest, earlier this year. Then signed up on 13/5/26 with the promise of an email pack in 1-2 days. Nothing received from either EOI. Have signed up again today, hopefully will receive something this time. What's the best phone number to follow up if not?

Have submitted again today. This time I saved a screenprint of the submission because otherwise there's no way to confirm what was on the submission. Will send you details again Rav.
