Sharing Reckon One payroll book

Question

Hi,

I need to share my Reckon One Payroll book with another person in the company. I have called twice for help and received two different answers how to go about it. We've tried both versions, but it does not work. I have shared my Reckon One book with my colleague, and his name/email are showing under 'share with users'. However, when my colleague tried to set up his own Reckon account, it won't let him. It looks like his email is being recognised at the Reckon login page, but then he is not able to set up a password (neither as a new password, nor as a forgotten password). Is there an easy-to-follow guide what to do? Who should I talk to please? Thank you,

He does not remember opening Reckon account at all.  When he clicked 'Microsoft' option, it was asking about a permission from Administrator, which was confusing.  Maybe we should try that again (with IT person)? It's good to know he does not need a password.
