Hi, I am also trying to get everything in order to comply with the new superstream requirements. I have just tried to upload a SAFF and csv file to Cbus clearing house and the format is incorrect. Is there a way I can adjust the format of the report in Reckon to match the format required by CBus. Thank you
You don’t have to change anything in Reckon , I found with QuickSuper I had to change the file format to Superstream not csv, and the date had to be formatted to yyyy-mm-did, but all of this was in the upload file section of QuickSuper. Might be worth a phone call to cbus
Hey @Kris_Williams
Just wanted to ask a question.
I found with QuickSuper I had to change the file format to Superstream not csv, and the date had to be formatted to yyyy-mm-did
When you say you had to change the file format to SuperStream not CSV, was that changing something in the QuickSuper clearing house or did you need to change something about or in your SAFF file that you exported from Reckon Accounts?
It was a setting in the QuickSuper upload details, never had to change anything in Reckon. All I had to do in Reckon was fix up things like M/S instead of Ms or Mrs, or dates of birth incorrectly entered in the wrong style. 22.2.24 instead of 22/2/24. All simple errors in Reckon
Gotcha thanks Kris. In that case, only if you don't mind, could I tag you in a separate post just to have a look at?
A fellow Community member using Reckon One payroll is having trouble uploading their SAFF to QuickSuper so just wanted to see if it might be something you encountered previously and could potentially have some suggestions on?
