Trying to adjust access for a role. Items→select a specific item and get an error saying needs book_viewsettings. I have give access to Items All in settings

Can you take me through the full changes you made to the role and the steps you're going through just so we can make sure this is working correctly.
We have a Daily Admin role which does not allow access to Items other than View. I made duplicate of that role as I needed a role which did allow update/add/delete of Items.
Via Role settings I changed Day to Day→Items settings to All for the new role.
I am now going to also change the Business Settings→View option for the original Daily Admin role.
