My software won't reinstall without a new key, how can I fix it?

Hi. I had to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my old desktop computer, and now that I have reloaded Reckon it thinks I am putting it onto a different computer (I did notice that the Device Name is different in the system information on the computer). It says I have to get another new license key - which Reckon will not give me. What can I do to fix this? I have Personal Plus 2016 and it doesn't get past the first dialog that tells me to get in touch with Reckon for a new key. Thanks in advance for any help.
