Quicken 2012 to Reckon Accounts 2025 Desktop

Hello,

I've recently purchased Reckon Accounts (Personal) v31 and I want to move my data from Quicken Personal 2012. When I try to open the qdf file in Reckon the software returns an error message:

Conversion Error. Unable to load DLL: C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon Accounts Personal\convert03\qd3.dll

I've completely removed the former software, following the helpful instructions I found on this site, but to no avail. Any suggestions please?

Is this "Quicken Personal 2012" you are using the one that has been purchased in Australia from Reckon or one that had been purchased from Quicken.com (USA/Canada)?
