Entering details into Bill, and it auto-closes

I recently encountered this bug, matching the exact same issue as:

Where after entering details, the Bill window will close and save itself without us clicking save. Making the experience quite frustrating. This has only started happening after updating our Reckon software..

We have fixed this issue by verifying and rebuilding our database. And the problem is gone! I hope this helps for anyone else who encounters this bug.
