First Choice Employer Super Welcome Kit

Question

I have received an acknowledgement from Reckon that my "Employer Application Form for FirstChoice Employer Super has been received" & that "A welcome kit from Colonial First State (CFS) will be sent to you via email within 1–2 days.

After contacting Colonial FirstChoice Super they advised by email that they are unable to locate my details in their system & recommended I re-register my details in their system.

Can you please advise what the situation is with my application as I need to have this up and running before 30/6/26.

Thank you Rav.  I have completed and "submitted" the application form (through a link from Reckon) a few times over the last few months but each time I clicked on the "submit" button nothing happened.  I was finally successful, or so I thought, whereas the submit button worked but I never got a response.  Last week I contacted CFS and was told to resubmit because they had no record.  So I resubmitted using their form.  Today I called them, as, to date I have not received the Welcome Package & was told that my application has been received and registered but they have a backlog of applications so it may take time to be sent.  Fortunately, I lodged and paid my last super payment with ATO SBSCH early this week before it closes and it was successful.  The kind gentleman at FCS gave me all the info I need should I not receive the Welcome Pack in the next few days.

Hi @rossco

If CFS have advised they aren't able to locate your application then I'd recommend putting through a new application by completing the form available HERE.

Once that is done, I'd also recommend giving CFS a call when they're available tomorrow and let them know you've sent through a new application and request your welcome kit to be sent through ASAP.
