Super Data Export

Question

We use Reckon Accounts Premier Accountant Edition and with regard to the new Super requirements wish to continue using our current clearing house which is Australian Retirement Trust.

Could you please tell me how I can tailor the columns and their order in order to meet the requirements for the file for this clearing house.  For example they need a column for gender included in their file, which is not an option to tick currently when I go to do a test of this.

Thank you very much for your help Kris.  I have sent a test file using the SAFF file as mentioned so hopefully that will work and all will be well.  I appreciate you being willing to give me your number to call if required.

The default will be a csv which is what I believe is the accepted format. You can call me if you wish, it’s what I use

Thanks Kris, it is telling me that they need it to be a .txt, .csv, .slx or .slsx file format. Do you know anything about tailoring those file types?

I have set up all of the employees names and super companies etc.
