Reckon Hosted as a "read only" version

Is there a possibility once the Reckon Hosted Subscription is not renewed to view the file (s) in a read only basis and how much would that cost and how many years is this possible.

Without a paid subscription you don't get access to the free desktop version of enterprise. You'd have to print your reports off before you cancel your subscription

no the only version that will open the file is Reckon Enterprise, as that is the desktop version of Hosted. Even if someone had one to sell you wouldn’t be able to install or register it.

I don’t know if this is still an option - after 30 days you should still be able to see the data but not use the program

Even partners can't get Enterprise anymore but as a partner you get the free version of hosted and all other programs

I think Reckon has to up its game. I am paying for my subscriptions for over 15 years. I think Reckon has made enough money from me and my clients to give us a "View only" Hosted version, so we can go back to our old files if we need to. How often will we check some things in the old files??? 5-6 times a year probably - sooo what is the problem with that!!!

Gitta there has never been a 'view only' version of Hosted at all.

If you stop paying for it then you don't get access which makes sense.

If you only need to check data a few times a year then just print off your reports or use the trial that Kris shared above for enterprise
