CAN NOT EDIT PAY RUN

Question

Hi there,

I just subscribed a book for my client, he is sole trader, and only one employee.

When I set up all the information, and created a new pay run, I cannot edit it (suppose it has a pen button on the right side).

Please see the screen shot. Can anyone know what's going on here and how to fix that? Many thanks~!

What you're seeing is expected behaviour if you're using the new Pay Run experience.

When a pay run is in Draft status, you won't see the edit (pencil) icon on the right-hand side. Instead, simply

click on the employee's name within the pay run to open and edit their pay details.

Give that a try and you should be able to make the changes you need.
