Super not calculating

Question

Since the EOFY am having trouble with the super in SAFF balancing to the actual super being calculated in the pay run.  Not all the super is being calculated correctly and is not always for the same person.  Though it may be a one of glitch but is happening every week.

The dates for the pay week in reports is not calculating either, I am having to input the actual payment date for the report to be correct

I have rebuilt 3 times the problem still remains.

Have noticed that Payroll summary on the selected dates, some are not calculating correctly with those that work under 38 hours are being calculated at 38 hours in the report but are correct on pay slips.

Enter times into Weekly Time Sheets, Pay Employees (double checked). Payroll summary dates 10.08.26 - 16.08.26 gives me a super balance of X  Payroll summary on date of payment 20.08.26 give me Y .  A discrepancy.

So am now having to keep a spreadsheet and manually change the super amounts once in the clearing house…….   A lot of extra work with 25 employees.

I always have to select the dates for the super to agree with the payroll report.

First of all you need to get your super to calculate correctly  before moving to the next step. I would rebuild the data 3 times, then monitor the payroll and see if there’s a pattern. One off glitch not likely
