Super batch cancelled due to late payment, no refund yet, what to do?

I submitted a SuperStream batch last week for August but was late in making the payment. I made the payment a couple of days ago, but tonight I see in Reckon that the super batch was cancelled (presumably due to the payment not being received in time). The refund has not yet occurred.

What should I do at this point to resubmit the batch and pay it properly?

Do I need to wait for the refund?

Do I need to create a new super batch? Or can I change/resubmit the cancelled one?

To confirm whether the batch was cancelled due to a late payment, go to SuperStream, select the batch that shows Cancelled, and then click View History on the right-hand side.
The history will display the reason the batch was cancelled.

If the message advises that the batch was cancelled due to late payment, I would recommend waiting for the funds to be refunded by Beam before taking any further action.

Beam usually takes 5-10 Business days to refund money back

Once the refund has been received, you can reuse the same batch rather than creating a new one:
Go to SuperStream and open the cancelled batch.

Click the Batch Options menu on the right-hand side.
Select Make Draft.
Review the batch details and relodge the same batch.
Make the payment for the relodged batch as normal.

If the cancellation reason shown in View History is something different, let us know what it says and we'll be happy to guide you further.
