✨ Chart of Accounts upgraded!
You may have seen that we've been steadily upgrading Reckon One's features and in this release its the Chart of Accounts (CoA) getting a new experience!
The new CoA experience gives you more options including the ability to quickly filter and search your CoA list by Status, Type, Tax Code along with customising your view using the Show/Hide columns menu.
You can also cycle through account groups using the dedicated tabs for each account type.
✨ Recurring Invoices have been upgraded!
Your recurring invoice templates now have access to more functionality and have been brought in-line with Reckon One's main invoice experience!
This gives you access to additional features such as the ability to add attachments, T&C's, text-only rows, purchase order number and more.
✨ Improvements to book switcher
Following our navigation improvements in our previous release, we've made further enhancements to the book switcher based on your feedback!
Clicking the book button in the top menu will now display a list your active books and you'll be able to immediately switch to another book directly by clicking on it from the list. No more need to visit the Book Switcher list.
If you'd like to see all books in your account, including any inactive books, you can still click the View All Books option to see and access a list of all your books.
✨ Inventory items now display quantities on purchase order
Your inventory item info will now display a new On PO row for inventory items when creating or editing transactions to help you make more informed purchasing and selling decisions based on incoming stock.
The On PO row shows the total outstanding quantity of the item currently expected to be received on purchase orders in active statuses (Open, Approved, Partially Billed).
Note: This feature is only available on the Reckon One Ultimate plan.
✨ Reference now available as a dynamic tag in emails
You can now add a dynamic tag in your default email message content to display reference information.
For example, with your invoice emails you can add the <invoice reference> tag to your default email content and this will populate reference information from the invoice in your email message.
You can add the respective dynamic tags to display reference info to the following emails:
- Invoices
- Estimates
- Purchase Order
- Expense Claims
- Payments
- Receipts
- Customer Adjustment Notes
- Invoice Reminders
