This is a monster upgrade with a huge list of new features, functionality and enhancements that we're super excited to deliver to you, including a few that are going to make things a lot easier and quicker!
✨ Bulk email invoices and purchase orders
We're really excited about this one as we know its been a feature our Reckon One users have wanted for a while.. you can now bulk email invoices and purchase orders all in one go!
Simply tick the invoices you'd like to email then select the Email button. You can either send the emails immediately or preview them first to review and make any changes to the content, recipients, CC/BCC's etc for each email included in the batch.
✨ Automated super payments
We've heard your feedback on this and we're excited to get this one in your hands!
The new automated super payments feature will allow Reckon One to automatically create the journal and payment transactions for superannuation contributions when a SuperStream batch is lodged with Beam, in the same way employee payments are automated today!
This is an optional setting and can be enabled from Payroll Settings ➡️ Payments ➡️ Record Superannuation payments after Beam lodgements

✨ More upgrades to Recurring Transactions (Memorised Transactions)
This release includes a whole new range of upgrades to our recurring transaction (memorised transaction) features in Reckon One!
ℹ️ A new list screen!
We've got a brand new recurring transaction list screen which not only looks a lot better but also includes new functionality such as the ability to easily filter transactions by contact, type, status and more!
- Filter the way you work by contact, transaction type, status and next reminder. On Accounting Premium and Ultimate plans, the All, Scheduled and Unscheduled tabs switch between template types.
- Choose your columns with Show/Hide columns, and sort by name, type, dates or amount.
- Act from the row: Create from recurring, Edit, Skip reminder, Move to group, Mark as inactive or Delete.
- Work in bulk by ticking several templates to move them to a group, mark them inactive or delete them.
ℹ️ Reminders for unscheduled transactions (memorised transactions)
You can now set reminder for an unscheduled transaction so that you're notified when one is due to be created by you so it doesn't slip through the cracks!
A reminder won't create the transaction for you, they're reminders specifically for you to give you an alert that a memorised transaction is due based on the timeframe you set.
You'll see reminders for your transactions in your recurring transaction list but also on your dashboard which you can click through directly to the transaction template.
ℹ️ Unscheduled transaction reminders are available exclusively on the Ultimate plan.
ℹ️ Groups for your Recurring Transactions
You can now create dedicated groups for your recurring transactions for easier organisation and management. This allows you to create groups for specific customers, suppliers, utilities etc and group your recurring transactions within that group.
ℹ️ Groups for recurring transactions are available exclusively on the Ultimate plan
ℹ️ Bulk create transactions from recurring transactions
Creating transactions just got quicker with the ability to bulk create transactions from your recurring transaction templates!
You can simply tick two or more of your recurring transactions then simply select the Create from Recurring button to create the transactions straight away!
ℹ️ Bulk creating transactions from recurring templates is available exclusively on the Ultimate plan
