When I make a change to an invoice, the software (ReckonAccounts Plus 2013) crashes. Why ??

    Welcome to Reckon Community and Thank you for your question.

    Sorry to hear about that, please try the following steps:

    Resort the lists

    Click on List on the menu bar and select any list item on the account/Item button on the bottom left hand corner and click Re-sort list option. Please repeat the steps on all the list items.

    If the problem persists, please try verifying and rebuilding the data file

    How to verify

    Click on file ->utilities->verify data  

    How to rebuild

    Click on file->utilities-> rebuild data

    **Please do a backup of your company file before attempting this process**

    Alternatively you can delete that particular transaction and re-enter it again
