Keyboard and barcode scanner issue pos11/12 pro

Keyboard arrows only allow one movement no matter how many pushes in a product search, not sure about any other issues only found this problem so far
scanner reads codes but wont find product, despite being configured and display correct doe etc in WordPad
Only happened recently

usually when you use the keyboard arrows, left and right moves between the columns, and up and down moves between the product list, is it only a single key that only moves once, have you tried the other arrow keys to see if they move as well?
when you scan a product in word pad can you describe exactly what is appearing in the wordpad?
