My personal plus 2015 backups to reckon have just recently stopped-comes up with message "your trial period has expired". My licence expires in 2024. Help please

Do you regularly make backups? When was the last time a backup was performed prior to this occasion?

Hi Rav, thanks for your reply. Backups done usually monthly. Last one to reckon was 1/11/15 (did one 1-2/12/15 but started to have problems then). Have not used anywhere near my available hard drive quota of 500mg nor my monthly upload quota of 1000mg
