Database file corrupted: How do I open the back up?

Hi. We are using Reckon POS 2015 for our cafe. 

Our Database file on the server is coming up with a corrupted warning. After exploring further it's saying it is definitely corrupted and 'Administrator' isn't allowing me to open. 

How can I access a database backup? I am very unfimiliar with windows.

    Hi Andrew, 

    Thanks for the quick response. The POS client isn't working at all and POS administrator wont open because of the corrupted file as well. 

    How can i restore from a backup copy???
