The bank link 'new' page is not available

I'm wanting to reconcile the bank account, but the bank feed page, the 'NEW' tab, won't load or open. Is anyone else finding this? Well, have just checked again, and blow me down if it's not working! Have logged in and out a few times with no change, but now out of the blue, and thankfully, we seem to be all systems go again.  :-)

    yes!! I have repeatedly had this problem and spent an hour on the phone to support who said they had never heard of it happening. I'm about to throw this bloody program out the window, so unimpressed with it.

    Thanks Sarah. Still do seem to be some glitches to fix, and I'm finding it to be really slow, just in getting to the next screen, for anything at all. I'm not sure if that's everyone's experience, or just mine?

    Hi Margaret, I have just spent an hour on the phone with someone from the Development team and it looks like they have a lot of improvements coming in the next few months, so I'm going to persevere for a while. It was a very positive discussion. I also discussed our issue of the New tab not loading and they are going to look into this. I mentioned that you were having the same problem. Hopefully things will improve  :)

    Thanks for the head's up Sarah - much appreciated. I also have been wondering when the best time to make a program change would be, so yes, let's hope for the best!

    As mentioned in the first post, the problem did resolve itself while I was actually sending the query. So no, I'm not still experiencing the issue. I'm happy to have a conversation with you though, if you needed to check any of the background with the issue. Let me know if you need a phone number?

    10.30 is fine Dean. The problem reoccurred yesterday afternoon just after 4pm, but seems to be fine again now. Would value input on these issues.
