ASX Prices failing to update

I am experiencing this issue of ASX prices not uploading. I have checked the compatibility view which was highlighted as a potential problem... But I am receiving currency updates so do not belive that is the issue...

    What is the date your shares last updated to?

    Which product and version are you using?

    Cant confirm the last price update but would have been two weeks ago.

    I'm running Personal Plus Home & Business 2016
