I am trying to generate the report for the simplified bas, the window which it comes up on will not

I am trying to generate the report for the simplified bas, but the window which it comes up on will not maximise, How do i fix this problem.

    Hi there Karen,

    In the first instance, can you please exit your file (File Exit) and then close Reckon Accounts before rebooting your PC. Try again after this.

    I tried that already, not sure if it was an issue when I reinstalled Reckon from your website.
    Do you think if I upgrade to the latest version it would rectify the problem, as I have 2015 version running. Thanks

    What operating system is your PC - Windows10?
    What is the version of your installed Internet Explorer browser?
