I can't refresh my token

I'm trying refresh my token in reckon hosted but I'm receiving the follow message:

"error": "unsupported_grant_type"

    Hi Tiago,

    You are most likely using the wrong call for the grant type we have set for you on our identity server. Note that by default the flow type is Authorization Code unless you have stipulated otherwise. 

    Can you please email us here with your callback URL and what flow type you are expecting to use.

    I am putting the credentials that have been provided to me to localhost. I hid the last three characters to post here.

    Callback URL: http://localhost:9000/integrations/reckon/callback
    Client ID: 43126007-25b2-4452-8bbd-e7e9945c2***
    Client Secret: 1ec36b32-276c-4eb6-ac2c-2b98321d2***
