Is Downsizing an option?

Our business has no further need for the payroll component of Reckon Accounts Plus 2017 and although we have only just paid our renewal, is there anyway of downsizing this software so that we can still work from it, along with obtaining a refund?

    Nope. Its not the way things work. The file wont open in the 'Accounting' edition of Reckon Accounts (the version below yours). You could start a new file but I wouldnt. Of course it means you never need to upgrade now so thats positive

    I also believe you would need to be able to access your payroll records for the required time (7 years?) so would need the Plus version to do that?

    Linfa you could print that information out. Like we did in the olden days. And its five years
