How do I transfer Reckon to a new computer after my old one died?

    Hi David,
    You can download a copy of your software from the Members Area of the Reckon website, you'll need your Customer ID & PIN. 
    If you're unsure of those details, please give our Customer Service team a call and we'll be able to get that sorted.
