Reckon not recognising a security which I've held for years

Hi, I'm using Personal Plus 2017. I recently sold a security which I have held for about 14years. When I try to account for the r the sale in Reckon it doesn't recognise the security and insists on trying to get me to acknowledge a short sale. Any help would be appreciated thanks reck

Can you see the purchase of that security in your transactions register?0 -

The entire history is there in Security Detail View for this particular security and has always appeared in Portfolio View. Its just when I try to "sell" the security that Reckon insists on a "Short Sale" process. Any further ideas?
